1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 21Jobs platform ("Service"), operated by 21Jobs ("we", "our", or "us"), a company based in Zug, Switzerland, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including job seekers, employers, and company representatives.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used for fraudulent purposes, or violate these Terms. You may not use another person's account without permission, and you may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or company information
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform
• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Job Listings and Content

21Jobs aggregates job listings from various sources across the Web3 and cryptocurrency industry. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listing
• We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our platform
• We do not endorse or guarantee any employer, company, or job opportunity listed on the platform
• Job listings may be removed or modified at any time without notice

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job listings they post. By posting content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service are available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. By purchasing a subscription or promotion:

• You agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 21Jobs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Switzerland and foreign countries. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but grant us the rights described in Section 4 above.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any employment decisions made based on information found on the platform

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

21Jobs is a job board and aggregation platform. We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or employment advisor. We do not verify the credentials of employers or job seekers, nor do we guarantee employment outcomes. Any interaction between job seekers and employers occurs at their own risk. We strongly recommend that users conduct their own due diligence before entering into any employment relationship.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 21Jobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zug, Switzerland. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
